1. IDENTITY OF HAGLÖFS
1.1 In these general terms and conditions as well as on the website (haglofsrestored.com), "Haglöfs” or "we" refers to Haglöfs AB registered in Sweden whose registered office is at Gustavslundsvägen 141, 167 51 Bromma, Sweden. The head office is located at Gustavslundsvägen 141, 167 51 Bromma, Sweden, email address: customerservice@haglofs.com. Haglöfs is registered in the Swedish Companies Registration Office under organization number 556054-8694, and VAT number SE-556054869401
2. APPLICABILITY
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to any and all offers by Haglöfs for products to be sold on the Haglöfs Restored website (haglofsrestored.com) ("Website"). By placing an order with Haglöfs, you are agreeing and accepting these general terms and conditions.
2.2 Please note, these general terms and conditions can change at any time, and it is up to you to check these terms and conditions before ordering products in case there are any changes.
3. ORDER PROCEDURE
3.1 You can place orders via the Website for the products that are shown on the Website at the prices indicated.
3.2 To use our website, and to place an order, you must be at least 16 years, or older if required by law.
3.3 You may place an order on the condition that you:
- a) provide your correct name and address, phone number, email address, payment details and other required information;
- b) provide a delivery address that is located in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy or the Netherlands;
- c) are the owner or authorized holder of a valid debit/credit card to buy the product if paying with a debit/credit card; and
- d) are a consumer.
3.4 An order is placed by clicking on the button on the checkout page.
3.5 You will be provided with an opportunity to review your order, read and accept the general terms and conditions, check the total price of your order and the information you have provided and correct any input errors before confirming your order. Please note that we cannot make or accept changes to your order once your order has been placed.
3.6 A placed order does not bind Haglöfs but constitutes an offer from you to purchase the relevant product in consideration for payment of the applicable price. All orders are then subject to acceptance by Haglöfs. If Haglöfs cannot fulfil an order, Haglöfs will inform you as soon as possible.
3.7 When Haglöfs receives your order, Haglöfs will send you an email to the email address that you provided, which acknowledges receipt of the order and setting out details of the ordered product. This email is the “Order Confirmation”. The email will be sent by Haglöfs as soon as reasonably practical. This email does not constitute an acceptance of your order – only an acknowledgement that Haglöfs has received it.
3.8 After receiving your order, Haglöfs will check that the relevant product is in stock. Order acceptance occurs when the products are shipped to you - we will send you a “Shipment Confirmation” email confirming that the products have been shipped. The contract between you and Haglöfs will only be concluded when Haglöfs sends the confirming that all or part of the product is available and has been dispatched. At this point, a binding contract is formed (the “Contract”).
3.9 Haglöfs will not file an accessible copy of your contract, so you are encouraged to download, save and/or print a copy of your order confirmation and these general terms for your records.
4. PRICES
4.1 The price that is payable for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be set out in the order confirmation email.
4.2 All prices quoted are in the currency shown and are including Value Added Tax.
4.3 All prices listed on the Website exclude the costs of delivery, which will be shown separately during the checkout procedure and added to the total price.
5. INACCURACIES
5.1 It is always possible that despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly described or incorrectly priced on the Website. If an error relates to product for which you have placed an order, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order, and that your order has been cancelled. You may re-order if you wish once we have corrected the error on the Website.
6. NON-DELIVERY AND TERMINATION
6.1 Acceptance of orders is subject to availability. Haglöfs reserves the right to cancel your order for any reason. Reasons for cancellation may include for example:
- Where the product is no longer available. The products on the Website are generally in stock, however errors may occur. If we no longer have the product, we may cancel all or part of your order and you will be refunded.
- There is a problem with your payment information.
- You are not eligible to enter into the contract.
- We cannot deliver to your address.
If, after the conclusion of the contract, Haglöfs discovers that, for reasons outside its control, it can no longer deliver the ordered products, Haglöfs will be entitled to terminate the contract. If this occurs, Haglöfs will inform the customer as soon as possible and provide a refund.

7. PRODUCT AND QUALITY
7.1. Products are given a category to indicate the potential level of defect to be expected. Haglöfs does its best to ensure that product category descriptions on the Website accurately reflect the nature of the products. However, as Restored products come from a variety of different sources, we do not, and cannot provide specific or guaranteed individual descriptions of products, including in relation to a product’s material, history, or quality. In addition, all weights and dimensions provided on the Website are approximate. Haglöfs does not warrant that the product descriptions on the Website, including in relation to product materials, history, quality, pricing, or product photographs, or other content is accurate. If a product fails to be as described or depicted on the Website you understand and agree that your only remedy is to return the product for a refund of the purchase price and shipping. This must be done , and the product must be returned in the same condition as when it was bought by you. Haglöfs reserves the right to correct any errors, whether they are on the Website, order confirmation, or otherwise, and to charge the correct price or cancel the order.
7.2 Despite our best efforts to display our products accurately, it is possible that the colours of our products displayed on the Website may be inaccurate, as the monitor of your computer or mobile device used to view the Website may affect the appearance of the colours.
7.3. With regard to the specifics and nature of the relevant product, we urge you to carefully read through the care instructions that apply to the specific product prior to ordering the product. These care instructions can be found on the Website. If you have any questions, or doubts with regard to the product, we urge you to contact us prior to your purchase of the product.
7.4. We sell you the product with regard to the specific purpose for which the product was offered by us on the Website. We urge you to take notice of the product's intended use prior to your purchase of the product; in order to ensure that you purchase a product that is suitable for your needs. In this regard, please ensure that the product is not used for another purpose then the purpose that is suggested by us. If the product is not used for its intended purpose, such use is likely to be detrimental to the quality, integrity, lifetime and appearance of the product and may even cause damage to the product or yourself.
7.5. The product will require your close attention with respect to maintenance, care and use on a continuous basis. The enjoyment and life expectancy of the product will depend to a substantial extent on the manner in which you will treat the product. In order to enjoy the product, it is essential that you maintain it in accordance with the applicable care instructions that can be found on the Website. We urge you to take notice of these care instructions prior to your purchase of the products; this in order to ensure that you are aware of specific maintenance requirements prior to your purchase of the product.
7.6. Special attention should be directed to washing and cleaning the product: failure to adhere to the washing instructions or the use of improper detergents may cause rips, tears, fading, pilling, shrinking, or other damage (including colour bleeding and loss of waterproof qualities) in/of/to the product.
7.7. Even if all care instructions are followed, it is however to be expected that the colours of the product will fade in time, due to weather, exposure to the sun and/or actual use thereof.
7.8 Haglöfs does its best to renew the products so that they are in the best condition possible before sale. The If you have any questions in relation to a product please contact us prior to purchase.
8. PAYMENT
Payment for the products order can take place by the following means:
Credit/Debit card (MasterCard, or Visa): You shall ensure that the exact name is filled out as is stated on the credit/debit card. We will not charge your card until we dispatch the goods to you.
9. DELIVERY
9.1 Haglöfs shall deliver any product ordered within 30 days after the order confirmation was sent by Haglöfs to you.
9.2 Should the order not be delivered within 30 days, then you may terminate the contract and request a refund.
9.3 Orders and deliveries are only possible within Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany and Netherlands.
10. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND REFUND FOR NON-FAULTY PRODUCTS
10.1 If you have placed your order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can by contacting our Customer Service team via the Contact Us page. If your order has already been dispatched, then you may have to wait until you have received the product and follow the normal return procedure set out in this section below.
10.2 We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase then you can return your order within 30 days of your receipt of the product, by using the Returns page on the Website. There is also a Withdrawal Form available on the site, a standard form that can be used if you want to use your right of withdrawal (Chapter 2. 10 § DAL.)

10.3 If you cancel the order, Haglöfs shall reimburse to you payments received from you, excluding applicable costs of shipping without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Haglöfs will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
10.4 Haglöfs may withhold reimbursement until Haglöfs has received the product back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the product, whichever is the earliest. You will receive an email notification when Haglöfs has finished processing your return.
10.5 For information on how to return your product to us please refer to our Returns page on the website.
10.6 If you wish to return a product, it must be returned in the condition in which they were received: they must be complete, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and all tags must remain attached. If the returned products are not in this condition, then Haglöfs has the right to deduct from your refund a sum equal to the diminished value.
10.7 Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days to process.
11. REFUND AND WARRANTY FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS
11.1. Haglöfs Restored products are warranted to the original owner of the product for defects in the repair and/or whole product for one year after the restored product was purchased. The warranty does not cover damage which has been caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
11.2 If a warranted product fails, we will repair the product without charge or refund your purchase at our discretion. Please contact customer service team via the Contact Us page for further instructions.
11.3 Items will not be considered to be faulty or defective if they meet the description of the product category at which they are listed on the Website.
11.4 We may ask you to return the products to us for evaluation before we can process your request. Once we receive the product and confirm that it is faulty or damaged beyond what was described in the category description then we will process your refund.
11.5 You can return products if you discover that they are defective. Haglöfs will, at our discretion, either repair the product or refund to you the purchase and shipping costs. In the case of reimbursement Haglöfs will carry out reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
12. LIABILITY
12.1 We are not liable or responsible for damage that occurs due to the fact that the product is not maintained in accordance with the care instructions or if the product is used for another purpose than for which it was sold.
12.2 We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, any economic losses including without limitation, loss of profit, revenue or business or income, loss of goodwill or reputation arising out of or in connection with these general terms and conditions.
12.3 Nothing in these general terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury to you resulting from our negligence.
13. PERSONAL DATA
13.1 When you place an order using our Website, you will be providing us with your personal information. Our collection and use of your personal information will be carried out subject to Haglöfs’ Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found on the website under the link Privacy Policy.
14. APPLICABLE LAW
All legal relationships between Haglöfs you are governed by the laws of Sweden.
15. COMPLAINTS
If Haglöfs made any error with respect to the order, if you have any complaints, or if you would like to contact Haglöfs for other reasons, please contact Haglöfs immediately via the Contact Us page and we will be happy to assist you.
